Kinesiology Courses

As an introduction to Optimum Health Balance Kinesiology, these kinesiology courses offer a simple and effective way to enhance your health and energy levels.  I teach you a short daily routine you can use for yourselves, family and friends.

The Kinesiology Self Help system is simple to learn and easy to use.  No prior kinesiology knowledge or experience is necessary.  All icons and a comprehensive manual are included.

I love sharing Optimum Health Balance Kinesiology in this way, as it gives you a tool to empower yourself.  The kinesiology courses are a mixture of theory and practice, so you get to experience it straight away.  Each kinesiology workshop is limited in numbers and groups are informal and relaxed.

I teach a six hour introductory kinesiology workshop that gives you a simple method of balancing your health and energy.  This is the perfect way to find out how kinesiology may help you and your family. The icon card pack is included in the price and dates are offered throughout the year.

For those people who are interested in developing this further, I also teach a two day kinesiology course to give you additional techniques and procedures.   This kinesiology workshop builds on the knowledge gained in the three hour kinesiology workshop.  This two day kinesiology course offers a more comprehensive way to improve your health and well being.  There is a mixture of theory and practice to enable you to delve deeper.  All icons and a comprehensive manual are included.  Although it is recommended that you do the six hour kinesiology course first, this is not a prerequisite for attending the second kinesiology course.  This kinesiology workshop is also the first module of the practitioner training for those wishing to take this further.

For complementary therapists, the two day kinesiology course is accredited as 15 hours continuing professional development.  A certificate of attendance is issued upon completion.

In the event that you are unable to attend the kinesiology course you have booked due to illness, I will book you on the next kinesiology workshop available, provided that you have given 24 hours notice of your inability to attend.
