Practice Management for therapists

This certificated three day course is for anyone setting up or running a therapy business.  It aims to provide participants with the knowledge and confidence to set up and run their business professionally and successfully.

The course is recognised by the Kinesiology Federation as fulfilling one of the core requirements (1 credit: 30hrs).  A certificate is issued upon completion of the task activities.

All aspects of running a successful therapy business are covered, and there is a good mix of theory and practical tasks.  A comprehensive manual is included.  Activities include the production of a business plan, preparation of marketing materials, delivery of a short talk, how to promote your business and the legal requirements of running your own business. 

This workshop differs from most business workshops in that it is particularly targeted at therapists.  It includes activities and balancing techniques to help you overcome areas that might be stressful for you.  Personal development approaches are used to highlight concerns, release anxieties and create and affirm change.
